Hey guys, after reading the "leech" rules, I'm not sure what I can contribute but I usually make proxy magic the gathering cards of alternate art just as long as the picture is provided via photoshop. However and unfortunately, I do not print them, I just give the picture and I pretty much just hope it's to your liking.
