You kept spamming me to answer your dispute while I clearly had other open cases to handle. Instead of waiting your turn, you chose to pressure me.
 
I’ll admit I didn’t give this dispute the level of attention it deserved. I was dealing with personal matters and wasn’t fully focused at the time. That’s on me. What isn’t acceptable is you creating a thread questioning my capability to handle disputes. I’ve resolved over 200 cases. One or two mistakes doesn’t suddenly make me incapable.
 
I deal with more than 10 messages a day, disputes being opened daily, reports being solved, and pressure both inside and outside the forum. I’m human, just like you. If you disagreed with the verdict, you could have approached me directly and said so. Instead, you came in attacking and escalating the situation publicly.
 
Final verdict clarification: the seller must replace the account. Once the buyer receives and confirms the replacement, payment should be completed.
 
If you have an issue with a decision, bring it to me directly and respectfully. Public threads like that only show immaturity and don’t help resolve anything.

@Alex Okay, I'm telling you directly that I disagree with your decision because it's incorrect, and I'll prove it again.

Initially, I clarified that I don't sell accounts; I only provide verification services. Look at the thread title and the image I'll attach; I was only offering verification services: [ https://ibb.co/60mjc81r ]. After completing the verification process, I don't offer any guarantee to the client because this is a verification service, not an account sale. You know that verification services are cheaper, while selling accounts is more expensive and includes a guarantee.

What I'm trying to explain is that all I care about is the verification status: does it show "verified" or "not verified"? If it's not verified, that's my problem, not the buyer's. However, all the data shows the accounts are verified, so I have nothing more to offer. Both Moonpay and Bybit accounts appear verified and have no verification issues. As for other usage, I can't guarantee that.

All I want now is payment for the verification account. I don't care if the client uses the account because I'm selling verification, not an account. I've told you this many times.

@Alex You're right, we all make mistakes, but we admit them when we see them.

Can I request a verification service from you on a website, and after verifying my account, I don't pay you and tell you that I was trying to withdraw money from my card and the transaction failed, so I won't pay you? What were you offering me from the beginning? Was it an account with a usage guarantee, or just a verification service to appear in the verification section as "verified account"?
