Additional Information: I bought access to his cloud from him for $30.
The description clearly and concisely states: USA / Europe / MIX / MAILACCESS
After purchasing cloud, it turned out that almost all the files it's USA, which the seller does not deny.
I don't work with the USA at all, and I don't need it. When I told the seller this and asked for a refund (immediately 30 seconds after the purchase), the seller refused.
I said I'd open an arbitration, and he agreed.
I believe that the product doesn't correspond to what was stated. I bought it with the intention of seeing MIX/MAILACCESS there, but not 90% USA.
After my message about arbitration, the seller started offering me Europe and Mix. I'm not buying a cloud to ask for Europe and Mix through the owner's PM. His behavior is like a "snake on a frying pan.

For the administration:
I downloaded one USA file from his cloud, the smallest number of lines (46k) to check for my domains, but they weren't there.
I can provide any proof that I haven't downloaded anything else from his cloud because I don't work with US and I'm completely uninterested in it.

While looking through the ss the cloud owner sent, I noticed something very interesting. He sent me a ss of someone asking him about a base, and his nickname in the screenshot was FieldYellow. There's also a FieldYellow on the forum, and by some strange coincidence, he has his own cloud    When I wrote to the seller about this, I received a strange message in response. 
How Glowlex gained access to private messages and why he's sending them to strangers is a mystery the administration must solve! :)
I ask the administration to thoroughly investigate this "seller".

and its duty of him to ask abt those ( ch and swiss) domainsbefore buying cloud access
