There were 2 versions of the product provided to the buyer. 
The buyer paid 30+30+8 in proxies = $38 total loss.

The Playwright version was fundamentally the wrong tool for the job (browser automation for bulk checking = amateur mistake).
The requests version, while better, still has critical flaws that make it unsuitable for large databases.

Issues that are present in the requests version:

• No session reuse - New session created for every single combo (Programming 101 mistake)
  
• No thread safety - Stats can be corrupted by multiple threads
  
• Infinite retry loop - A dead proxy will cause a thread to retry the same combo forever
  
• No rate limiting - Will trigger Instagram bans immediately
  
• No proxy failure tracking - Dead proxies get used repeatedly
